Easy Return for U.S Customers

1, Time frame, Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

2 Condition Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Personalized like jackets with names cannot be returned unless defective.

3.    How to Return

      Contact us via email at support@lionheadwholesale.com or the Shopify Contact form. Include your order number and your order number and reason for return. 

We will provide a return shipping address (U.S. warehouse/PO Box) if applicable

4, Refund Process Refunds will be process within 5-7 business days after we receive your item, to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges are handled like returns-contact support for assistance.

6.Shipping Costs/ Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
